Common questions
Voice isn’t working.
Asking by voice needs microphone and speech-recognition permission. Open Settings → PITA Sports and make sure both are on. You can always type instead.
I asked something and nothing came back.
PITA Sports needs an internet connection to answer. Try again once you’re connected. If it keeps happening, email us the time and what you asked.
How do I follow or remove a team?
Open My Sports and choose your teams. Removing a team stops its games appearing in My Sports and on your Lock Screen. Coverage differs by sport and is growing, so some teams may not be available yet.
My game isn’t on the Lock Screen, or it disappeared.
Check that Live Activities are allowed in Settings → PITA Sports. iOS decides how long a Live Activity can stay on screen, so long games may leave the Lock Screen before the final whistle.
The score looks behind the broadcast.
Live scores come from sports data providers and can trail TV or streaming by a short time.
How do I clear an answer?
Each answer has its own Clear control, and the app has a Clear all answers option.
Purchases and subscriptions
Any purchase is made through Apple. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
